Carb Cycling Calculator

This carb cycling calculator will show you how to setup a 5/2 carb cycle. This is where you have 5 moderate carb days followed by 2 high carb days. You can have the 2 high days on any days of the week but it is recommended to have them on back to back days.

At Strength Lab we use many different carb cycling setups which depend on how the client responds each week. This is a great setup to get you started though.

This calculator is just an ESTIMATE. When we work one on one with our clients we are able to gather a lot more information from them to gauge how many calories you should be consuming and set their carb cycle up more accurately.

This will be a great place to start though. 

If you have 20+ kg to lose its recommended to check the aggressive fat loss option.
